This job started out as a simple resurfacing of the top half of the chimney, but removal of the deteriorated surface
revealed a serious condition underneath. The structural blocks were loose enough to be removed by hand. The deteriorated section
was then completely removed and rebuilt using new block, then plaster coated.
This was an existing stone wall that was falling out. The wall was entirely removed and the dirt was
dug back approximately 18". The wall was then rebuilt using all natural stone and back-filled with 3/4" gravel for
drainage.
This patio was originally laid in brick. The old patio was removed and replaced with
new and more attractive brick pavers. A new connecting walk-way leading to the rear of the house was
added also.
This was an ordinary chimney. That was before "the Doctor" made his house call. He faced it with beautiful Cultured Stone, then crowned it with eye-catching Chimney Pots.
The Doc was not afraid to show off his artistic flair, as he removed the old chimney to the roof
line on this home. He then rebuilt it, adding smart looking flashing and topped it with a pleasing and value-added stylish crown.
This was an existing outdoor fireplace/BBQ that was in desparate need of restoration. The Doctor brought it back to
life by rebuiding the base and extending the chimney to give it an improved draft.
